TypeClash is available to anyone capable of typing and using the platform responsibly. Users must comply with all applicable laws and platform rules.

2. Accounts & Access

• Access to TypeClash requires signing in via Google OAuth.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.
• Impersonation or misuse of accounts is prohibited.

3. Platform Usage Rules

Users agree not to:

• Use automated tools, scripts, or bots
• Exploit bugs or system vulnerabilities
• Manipulate rankings or statistics
• Intentionally abandon competitive matches to avoid penalties

4. Competitive Fair Play

To maintain fairness:

• Abandoning ranked matches may result in penalties, including rank point deduction and streak reset
• Repeated abuse may lead to temporary or permanent account restrictions
• All competitive decisions made by the system are final

5. Service Availability

TypeClash is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, design, systems, and branding are the property of TypeClash and its operators unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

TypeClash is not responsible for:

• Loss of data
• Loss of rankings or progress
• Service interruptions
• Any indirect or consequential damages

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or compromise fairness and security.

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
